Worcester MA – The Elms College women's basketball team came up short on the road at Becker College on Saturday, falling to the Hawks 65-52.
Molly Mouton lead the way for the Blazers pouring in 21 points. Niah Pantry was big under the basket bringing down 12 rebounds. Angelica Peguero-Flores had an impressive 10 points and 7 rebounds.
Sarah Ware was big for the Hawks with 15 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Adrianna Dowdy pitched in with 9 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks.
The Blazers were able to stay in the game despite committing 30 turnovers and going 9-23 from the line. Elms will look to get back on track Tuesday as they host Mitchell College at 7pm.
