Field Hockey Falls To Becker In NECC Championship

Senior goalkeeper Katelyn Wasgatt (Worcester, MA) turned aside 13 shots for the field hockey team, which fell 5-0 at top-seeded Becker in the inaugural New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Tournament championship game on Saturday afternoon.

The field hockey team earned a 2-1 win at No. 2 Daniel Webster in the semifinals of the New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Tournament on Wednesday afternoon. The Blazers now advance to play at top-seeded Becker in the NECC championship game on Saturday, November 1.
