Richard Honored As NECC Player Of The Week

ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Elms College sophomore Haley Richard has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.

Richard (Monson, Mass.) tallied 17 goals and four assists, as Elms went 3-0 on the week, and wrapped up an undefeated NECC regular season, and the No. 1 seed in the upcoming conference tournament. She also posted nine ground balls and ten draw controls, while registering a 54.8 shot percentage, and 28 shots on goal.

Richard and the Blazers will host the NECC Semifinals at 7:00 p.m. on May 3, and would host the NECC Championship game on May 5 at 1:00 p.m. with a win on Thursday.
