Blazer XC Wraps Up Season At Region Championships

BRUNSWICK, Maine -- The Elms College men's and women's cross country teams wrapped up the 2018 season at the NCAA Division III New England Region Cross Country Championships on Saturday.

Tyana Medina led the Blazer women, finishing the 6k course in 27:17. Emily Guillerault was just four seconds behind, finishing in 27:21. Keara Moulton finished in 28:13 and Julia Trezza rounded out the Blazer women in 29:00.

Freshman Ricky Elmer raced the 8k course in 32:15 to lead seven Blazer men who completed the race. He was followed by Donald Cianciolo (33:10), Brendan Curley (33:56), Robert Culhane (34.12), Rich Hernandez (34:31), Derek Waid (35:02) and Bennett McCreary (35:05).
