O'Grady enters his second season as an assistant with the Men's Soccer program. In his first season on the staff, the Blazers posted a 5-14-1 overall mark with a 4-3-1 record in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) action. The Blazers advanced to the Semifinals of the 2016 NECC Men's Soccer Championship, falling to Daniel Webster, 5-0. O'Grady helped produce three NECC All-Conference selections, including 2016 NECC Player of the Year, Donald Whittle.

O'Grady was a four-year player for the Men's Soccer program, earning NECC All-Conference status in three seasons. O'Grady tallied 44 career points with 16 career goals and 12 career assists. O'Grady claimed a pair of All-NECC First Team selections in 2014 and 2015, as well as being recognized as the 2015 NECC Player of the Year. O'Grady helped guide the Blazers to back-to-back NECC Championships in 2012 and 2013, earning consecutive appearances in the NCAA Division III Regional Championship.
