Golf Finishes 10th At NEIGA To Wrap Up Season

BREWSTER, Mass. -- The Elms College men's golf team finished 10th in the 23-team field at the New England Intercollegiate Golf Association (NEIGA) Championships after its second consecutive team score of 321 in the final round on Monday.

Matt King led the Blazers with a 19th-place finish individually after posting an 82 on Monday. William Marchand shot 79 in the second round and finished tied for 27th overall with teammate Chris Soderberg. Frankie Murray finished tied for 69th and Christian Pavlakis finished tied for 96th in the tournament.

Babson edged williams by a stroke to take the team title with a two-day score of 613. Middlebury's Reid Buzby took individual honors after shooting 73-72 to finish +1.

The NEIGA Championship was the final tournament of the season for the Blazers.
