Blazers Tied For 2nd After 18 Holes

RUTLAND, Vt. – The Elms College men's golf team sits in a tie for second place after Day 1 of the Castleton Invitational after carding a team score of 336.

Chris Soderberg is tied for third individually after posting a 79. He's five off of individual leader David Albright of NVU-Johnson. William Marchand is tied for sixth after shooting 80, followed by Matt King (T13) who shot 88, and Frankie Murray and Josh Keaton who are tied for 15th with matching 89s.

The 36-hole event will conclude with 18 holes on Sunday.
