Ellen Faszewski was a four-year member and two-year captain of the women’s lacrosse team from 1988-1991.
As of 2009, she remains the program’s all-time leading scorer – 18 seasons after her graduation – with 121 goals, 22 assists, and a total of 143 points.
In her junior season – her most productive – she had 43 goals and 11 assists, helping the Blazers to a 10-3 overall record.
During her four-year career, the women’s lacrosse team had the most successful four-year record in program history, with an overall record of 28-22 - a .561 winning percentage.
